Who We Are...


JETLINK Express Limited is a wholly owned Kenyan Airline set-up with a view to tap into the travel gap between Eastern Africa and Southern Europe, and it has now successfully achieved for over four years it has been in operation.


Jetlink Operates scheduled domestic flights to Kisumu, Mombasa, and Eldoret and regionally to Juba and Mwanza with a strategic intent to spread its wings to Zanzibar and Dar-es-Salaam (Tanzania), Kigali (Rwanda), Asmara (Eritrea) and Khartoum (Sudan).


We have a business model of flying within Eastern Africa, maximum 3 hours flying time out of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi with an entire Jet fleet of 8 Aircrafts. 7 CRJ aircrafts (50-seater) & 1 Fokker-28 aircraft (79-seater).


Jetlink business model also ensures that the customers demand for a mix of low price, attentive service, route coverage and high on time performance is achieved.


Our major emphasis is on excellent customer service, safety and On-Time Performance.


JETLINK has also achieved success by tying up with other major international airline companies by way of Code-Share and Interline, to feed, enhance and expand its online network.


Future Route Expansion:JETLINK will focus on servicing the less covered domestic and regional routes. It will also take advantage of the regional market which is fragmented from country to country thus creating opportunities for a universal regional player. Nairobi serves as the business hub for Eastern & Central Africa attracting traffic from Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea and DRC. The Airline is well positioned to take advantage of the growth opportunities unleashed by the development and the growth of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and East African Community (EAC).
